Meet April Birdsong, Nurse Practitioner

  • April Birdsong is a Georgia native graduating from Valdosta State University in 1995 with a BSN and completed her Nurse Practitioner Degree in 2016 in Acute Care/Adult Gerontology. April is currently the Lead Intensive Care Nurse Practitioner at Atrium Medical Center in Macon Ga.
  • She has been in the medical field since 1995 working in various roles, RN, Medical Sales, and Nurse Practitioner.
  • Her additional experience in General Wellness Medicine, Weight Loss, Hormone Replacement Therapy, and Aesthetics increased her awareness that the conventional methods of medicine do not always work. She has also noted a lack of attention in understanding the root causes of hormone imbalance, weight gain, and fatigue.
  • Time spent in critical care medicine affirmed the effects of long-term unhealthy choices. Through relationship building and education, she wants to help her patients live the healthiest lives they can.
  • Foxy Anti-Aging Clinic is born out of a long desire to open her own clinic that offers therapies to patients to balance hormones and aid in longevity with increased energy and stamina.
  • She will offer programs for weight loss and hormone replacement therapy to help her patients with this goal. In addition, a Functional Medicine Program is also available for those that want to gain a deeper understanding of their individual processes and the root cause of their symptoms.
  • The clinic will be open one day per week, with the goal of increasing available days as the practice grows.
  • She believes that every day is a gift that should not be taken for granted; and we should do what we can to feel our best. She looks forward to being on this journey with you.

Is There Any Deposit Needed?

All Injectable/Filler appointments will need a $50 deposit which will be used toward the services rendered.

Can We Cancel Appointment?

In the event of an emergency or need to cancel your appointment, please notify the clinic at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in a late fee of $50.

When Do We Need To Make Payment?

Payment for all services and products is due at the time of your appointment.
