At this time, we do not bill insurance. A bill of sale can be printed for you to submit to your insurance. You may be able to use your insurance for some of the cost of labs at a local lab such as Med-Lake Lab, if you do not use the lab service provided at the clinic.
Your employer flexible savings account may be used to cover the cost of treatment. We also accept cash, debit, and all major credit cards.
All Injectable/Filler appointments will need a $50 deposit which will be used toward the services rendered.
In the event of an emergency or need to cancel your appointment, please notify the clinic at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in a late fee of $50.
Payment for all services and products is due at the time of your appointment.
